Premium Angus Beef
Annually, we have a limited amount of grass-fed, grain-finished Angus/Angus-influenced beef available for sale. All beef is butchered and dry-aged for 25-28 days at a USDA-inspected facility in Fredericksburg.
We will have a limited beef offering available in Spring 2024. Halves and whole steers only.
